Class Details
The classes are held in 5 week blocks during which time a specific aspect of the
system is highlighted and studied. If you are new coming to the system then it would
be best if you started on a new block. (However if you have some experience of Tai
Chi and/or Kung Fu then you should be able to enter the class at any time.)
Location
The Quaker's Friends Meeting Hall is the setting for the Malvern class.

The class runs every Tuesday evening, between 7:30 and 9 p.m.

Individual class cost is £7

The class is practiced in loose clothes, e.g. t-shirt, sweatshirt, jogging trousers
and trainers.
